For more than 30 years, LUBICOM Marketing has provided services to a broad cadre of clients in diverse areas, including MCI, Sprint, Coca Cola, Dannon Yogurt, Lea & Perrins, Welch's, Frito-Lay, Hospital for Joint Diseases, Maimonides Hospital, Brookdale Hospital, Metropolitan Jewish Health System, the Luggage and Leather Goods and Shoe Industries, and more than 500 other businesses and not-for-profit organizations.
Mr. Lubinsky is the recognized authority on the kosher food market. In 1989, he founded Kosherfest, the first-ever trade show for foods that are kosher certified, with just 69 booths and little more than 700 visitors. In 2019 the show had grown to nearly 400 booths and well over 7000 visitors. Menachem Lubinsky is the founding publisher of Kosher Today (http://www.koshertoday.com), the leading trade publication on kosher for the food industry with more than 12000 subscribers worldwide. In June 2003, after 15 years, Mr. Lubinsky entered into a strategic relationship with Diversified Business Communications of Portland ME for the management and marketing of Kosherfest and its related publications and Web sites. Lubinsky and LUBICOM continue to be involved as co-producers of Kosherfest and as the "face" of kosher in the food industry.
Mr. Lubinsky writes a weekly "The Business Monitor" column for Hamodia and lectures extensively on business topics. His business consulting division has grown significantly in recent years, providing business consulting services to some 100 businesses in the past few years, ranging from start-ups to large multi-national companies.
Mr. Lubinsky graduated from the Bernard M. Baruch College of the City University of New York with a Baccalaureate degree in Business Management and Market Research. He later received his M.B.A. in Marketing and Advertising from the same institution.
